There is no dumping of any Furniture allowed in the Dumpsters. AARC Trash Services will not pick up dumpsters with large items in them. As in the new Rules from last year there are no large items allowed to be dumped. If said items need to be disposed of we will dispose of them for a small fee! This is the Third week in a row we have had this issue. If problem continues we will Raise lot rents to accommodate for the fines from the trash company! If you notice someone dumping illegally please reach out to us and a reward will be issued if the tip is helpful enough! Thank you all for your understanding!
