LEMOINE is pleased to announce Tim Burdette’s transition to Vice President of Operations.

In this role, Tim will help drive operational consistency, project ex*****on, and field management best practices across our Building & Infrastructure line, supporting LEMOINE’s continued growth and commitment to operational excellence.

Tim’s leadership and industry experience will play a key role in strengthening collaboration and delivering value across our divisions.

For our clients and partners, this transition represents a continued focus on project delivery excellence, field ex*****on, and operational consistency. Tim’s leadership will help ensure projects are delivered with the quality, efficiency, and accountability that define the LEMOINE experience, while fostering stronger collaboration across teams to better serve our clients’ goals.

Congratulations to Leadership 101 Class No. 9!

Eighteen participants from across LEMOINE recently completed the six-month leadership development program, bringing together members from our Response & Resiliency, Infrastructure, DCMC, Building Construction, and Corporate Services teams.

Beginning in January, participants traveled from multiple locations, including Richland Parish and even Puerto Rico, to attend seven sessions in Baton Rouge. The program covered key leadership topics, including Dealing with People, Crucial Conversations, Situational Leadership, and Presentation Skills.

Leadership 101 reflects LEMOINE's continued commitment to developing future leaders within our organization.

This Fourth of July, we celebrate 250 years of our nation, honoring those whose vision and hard work laid the foundation for the country we know today, while recognizing those who continue building its future every day.

Significant progress continues at the Jefferson Davis Water Treatment Plant as LEMOINE's Infrastructure team reached another major milestone. The team successfully set ten pressure tanks, each weighing approximately 7,500 pounds, onto their equipment pads. This achievement marks an important step toward completing the new water treatment facility.
