This Saturday at 9:00 AM, we’re throwing down at CrossFit Tippy for our Fourth of July partner workout titled “1776.”

Kick off the holiday by grinding through this workout designed to celebrate our country. Expect a fun mix of effort, intensity, and community—because nothing says Independence Day like earning it together.

Show up ready sweat and celebrate our freedom. Let’s make this one count.
