To the citizens in Lafayette Parish:
I have been watching the Lafayette Parish special State Senate election. Let me be clear: I did not authorize my photo to appear on a mailer promoting candidate Jesse Regan. I was not asked, and I did not give my permission. In addition, the Louisiana Republican Party made it clear they have not endorsed in this race. I've been informed as well of messages from fake political committees attacking Republican candidate Brach Myers. All of this raises serious concerns for the voters in the Parish.
