Accountability puts you in the best spot to achieve your 2026 goals.

The American Society of Training and Development did a study on accountability and found that you have a 65% completing a goal if you commit to someone.

And if you have a specific accountability appointment with a person you’ve committed, you will increase your chance of success by up to 95%.

It’s usually at this point in the year, where our coaching inquiries go way up at PHP.

The reason being, is that we’re a week or so into the new year, and most people are
understanding that they need someone in their corner to help.

The name of the game is having qualified outside eyes on you, who are also invested in your success.

Life gets extremely busy.

Things come up with family, work, holidays, scheduling conflicts… It can be chaotic.

Usually, when we set goals, we don’t account for these things.

We set goals with the false belief that everything in our lives will be perfect and optimal.

When in reality, it rarely is.

Having a coach to foresee these things and help you create a program and a coaching structure that keeps you accountable no matter what comes up is key.

A plan of action that takes into account your stress levels throughout the day, and understands what is required of you from work.

Taking into account that you need to make dinner for all 4-5 of your family members, not just yourself.

Taking into account that the well-being of your family and logistical juggling lands on you most of the time, if not all the time.

Taking into account how much time you really have available to yourself per day…

And creating systems, action steps, and progressive improvements so that you don’t need to think, you just need to follow the plan, and see results.

That’s why we do more than just give you workouts. There’s more to it than that.

To understand what real coaching really is, and how to get you the best results, no matter what life throws at you.
