Gerry Brooks is a veteran educator and administrator in Kentucky. He is a passionate public speaker whose focus is on encouraging and helping teachers improve their instructional abilities. He also has a desire to help administrators successfully lead their staff. You may have seen him before on social media, where he shares humorous videos based on real world educational experiences and keeps it real on the state of education.

"So today was for the 🐦s. I was literally waiting for Ashton Kutcher to jump out of the bushes to tell me I was being pranked all day 😂. But thankfully Teach Out Loud kept me from retiring today.
At our last , we had to write a postcard to our future selves. I go into the office and my principal hands me my mail. I had forgotten about it, but it was a timely reminder to keep going!"
