The spice is nice.

Spice Protocol is our American lager brewed with fresh jalapeño, blood oranges and the 2025 Pink Boots Society hop blend. At 5.4% it's light and super clean with an aroma of green peppers and citrus, and a mellow heat that builds over time.

The Pink Boots hop blend we used this year is a mix of Krush, Simcoe, Mosaic & Chinook. Spice Protocol isn't hoppy, but the hops help balance the beer and give a little boost to the citrus notes.

We brewed Spice Protocol in collaboration with the Pink Boots Society, an international group empowering women in the beer industry. A portion of the proceeds of every Spice Protocol sold is donated back to the Pink Boots society, which funds a scholarship to train & educate women and non binary folk in the beer industry!

“Birdie” session IPA from Feathered Friend Brewing. Super hazy, hoppy aroma but quite crushable. Delicious.

“Lucknow” from Twin Barns Brewing Company. Not as malty as you might think from the color. Nice spicy edge, extremely well done brew.
