They will be upstairs from now on.

The Yoga Studio on Lincolnway
If you’re unfamiliar with the studio, the door is just to the left of the downstairs. It opens directly to a flight of stairs. There have been some pleasing, aesthetic updates to the studio space, including the wall behind me. (Totally made me smile this morning.)

Hi friends! Here’s an update to my yoga offerings. I’m no longer teaching Restorative at Ohm. (I apologize for no warning, I didn’t get one either.)
