Today, as part of our 2026 Summer Internship Program, our interns shared presentations highlighting what they have learned and experienced so far this summer.

Over the past several weeks, they have gained valuable hands on experience, worked alongside talented teams across our company, and developed new skills that will serve them well in their future careers. Watching their confidence and growth throughout the program has been inspiring.

Thank you to our mentors, supervisors, leaders, and everyone who invested their time and knowledge into making this program a success. Your guidance has helped create a meaningful experience for each intern.

While they still have a few weeks remaining in the program, we're proud of everything they've accomplished so far and look forward to seeing them finish the summer strong.

We enjoyed the opportunity to speak with students about careers in industrial construction and the many opportunities available within the skilled trades.
