A local real estate company is looking for someone to help clean. This applicant would be someone who is able to work with limited direction and takes pride in the quality of their work. The job is part-time up to full time depending on the quality of work. This position can be flexible to work around other part-time jobs as well with no set schedule. Applicants must have their own vehicle and a valid drivers license.

Duties would include:

Cleaning units after tenants move out.

Cleaning common areas in commercial and residential buildings.

Job duties entail but are not limited to:

Painting

Cleaning

Light plumbing and electrical work

Overall property maintenance

Landscaping- yard work/lawn care, snow removal

Responding to maintenance emergencies such as; plumbing problems, no-heat, lock repair, ext.

Overall upkeep of all properties

Qualifications Include:

Own some basic tools

General knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing

Strong trouble shooting skills

Dependable independent worker

Mechanically inclined

Good customer service attitude

Valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle with tow hitch

Knowledge in property maintenance

Capable of physical labor
