I'm back!! Still in Kyle but I've been moving, so haven't posted in a while.

What's your favorite cool dessert to beat the heat?
Three of my favorites are Margarita Pie, Tiramisu and Red, White & Blue Trifle. No pics of the Tiramisu because it disappeared before I could get any!

My daughter graduated from ACC last night and I made this cake for her party today!

Devil's Food Cake w Marscapone Espresso Filling covered in Silky Chocolate Frosting & Ganache. The cap & diplomas are molded chocolate.

My Mom's favorite - Blueberry w Lemon Curd - layers of cake, lemon curd, blueberries and whipped buttercream. She's a happy camper tonight!
