The Harmonious Path

There’s an unshakeable  sense of strength and confidence that comes with removing all the filters that one wears to fit in and be accepted

It took some time to unravel that pretty little package I had presented to the world… the need to please, the need to rescue, the codependency that comes with wanting to be wanted, the over giving and going too far with the hope and expectation that that effort would be returned by those I was giving to so freely

It was not a pretty process but the most necessary one for my evolution to take place to fully step into my power

I essentially recalibrated my identity by keeping what works and discarding all that wasn’t for me, by embracing and giving to myself as I did so many others my entire life

The transformation is complete however evolution will continue as I refine, and honor all parts of myself, not just the nice parts
