Almost 5 months back at the gym, controlling foods, finding a balance. Feeling stronger and healthier than ever.

I haven't posted anything in a while, but I felt that maybe this is the right moment to share a bit of motivation with someone who might need it.

I started at 218 lbs back in December with bad habits and unhealthy diet.. now I'm down to 192lbs and getting leaner and stronger daily. If I can do it, all of you can too. 🔥

I don't plan on stopping, new lifestyle. 😎
