Krush Development has 2 open positions for an Apprentice Electrician.
The Apprentice Electrician will be responsible for installation and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems working from a technical blueprint/drawing. To perform in this role, the company would (prefer) electrician degree from a technical college and experience in the field working on simple and complex electrical systems and design builds. In addition to ensuring that electrical work is up to code within commercial and residential setting.
Work Experience Requirements:
• 5-7 plus years’ experience working in the electrical field
• Firm understanding of electrical systems, power generation, blueprints, and maintenance along with troubleshooting knowledge
• Familiarity with National Electric Code (NEC)
Education/License Requirement:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Electrician degree from a technical college (preferred)
• Completed apprenticeship for an Electrician
• Valid Drivers License

A general commercial contractor, based in Kissimmee, FL is advertising for a skilled position opening for MASTER CARPENTER & FRAMER.
This position is for Full-Time work and encompasses a scope of work on a project that is currently underway and is a permanent position. This position is an immediate start position on this project and FT with this company.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience and qualifications to be considered:
• Must have 5-10 years’ experience in commercial/residential construction
• Must have 5-10 years’ experience in Structural Framing Aspects, use of all tool and hoist related concepts, hardware, spec requirements, wood types, finishes and inspections criteria for work applications
• Must be able to show and have the ability to supervise a crew assigned to you
• Must be able to read, interpret, and utilize blue-print and detail spec drawings
• Must be able to provide and use your own carpenter hand tools, bags and or gear and other applicable work hand tools
• Must have reliable transportation to the project sites and shifts
• Must be able to provide the design teams and the Project manager, VE and design related applications to be considered and troubleshooting aspects
• Must be capable of providing sound feedback with regards to use of products, materials, use, and applications to the project
• Must have experience or certifications in OSHA related safety training procedures and practices and be able to enforce and practice those policies

License/Certification Requirements: Must have valid driver's license with good driving record. An electricians license in the state of Florida is preferred.
