A tribute to Carol Starcher 💜
Carol recently stepped down from the position of Executive Director of the Miss Whatcom County Scholarship Program. Carol has contributed over 20 years of service as a volunteer in the Miss Washington Scholarship Organization. Carol is well known by her community in Whatcom County as well as by her friends in the Miss America Organization. Carol, we thank you for your dedication to every woman who has passed through your program with or without a crown. You are truly one-of-a-kind and we know we will always have a friend in you. Thank you, Carol!

Wow! Being back at the BGC was so great! 🙌🏽
Today, I finished my volunteer orientation to make a positive impact in-person, at the Club I grew up in. I’m excited to give back to this community that made me the person I am and to contribute my experience and passion for this mission to the members attending our Clubs today. I have some really exciting things planned so stay tuned! (Even later this week!!)
