Balancing Balloons

10 yr celebration continues!!! After going back and forth on what we wanted to move forward with, we decided to dive into renting out our wares. Problem was, we had a ton of stuff but also not enough for anything. Where do we store it? How do we get a LOT more? How do we be unique amongst rentals? Insert: Bryn’s garage. Poor Bryn. We took over her garage into a showroom and storage. It was ROUGH! But we were over the moon excited to get started. Everyday we were going to antique stores, thrifts, Facebook marketplace.. you name it! We took inventory photos and started building our website. Then we got invited to do our first ever styled shoot! This is when we really got excited! We brought in our Mercer plate collection, matte gold flatware, and more! It was the beginning of something big! We had no idea it would launch us into 10 yrs of fun!

10 yrs celebration posts continue!! We finally got our 1st Etsy order and we were OVER the moon!! Our first party pack shipped out and we thought it was perfection!! We then started styling things from our party packs for content and realized we had a LOT of fun styling pretty tables. Our collection of glassware was getting LARGE and our blog was not taking off. It was time to decide if we were all in on parties or all in on renting out our goods. Wholesale or rental!? Ultimately, we went with rentals!
