As the centerpiece of The Schoolhouse District, we are proud to announce that Schoolhouse No.23 (also known as the Old Woodinville Schoolhouse), is a finalist for NAIOPWA's Historic Renovation of the Year.

A fixture of the Downtown Woodinville community since 1902, today, Schoolhouse No.23 stands as a shining beacon for the Woodinville community to experience and the new home to Walla Walla Steak Co. and Crossbuck Brewing.

Eastrail Flats's Development Project Manager, Kevin Merriman, recently gave a great update at the Woodinville Chamber Business Luncheon on this exciting new project in the heart of Downtown Woodinville.

We are grateful to work and partner with the City of Woodinville to bring Eastrail Flats to the community, and for everyone at the luncheon that asked, "when can we move in?" - Eastrail Flats will be coming to Woodinville Spring of 2025!

We were a little further along than just breaking ground, but we were still so excited to celebrate our 5th Downtown Redmond project in an amazing location next to Marymoor Park, full of unique design decisions that we can't wait to see come together.

Thank you as well to everyone that participated in our AF1 shoe signing. Our organization celebrates our team members that display leadership, uniqueness, and standing out with a pair of AF1s. With these honorary AF1s, we recognize everyone's support to kick off The Spark, and we look forward to displaying this AF1 when the project is complete.
