I just changed cell phone carriers. I have been with Metro PCS for at least 5 years. I needed a new phone and wanted to keep my number. Metro PCS was unwilling to buy new phone and add to my account. They insisted they had to charge me $350 to get new phone and keep old number. Since they are not desiring to retain a customer, bit I will move on. New carrier, great phone and same number. Metro PCS sucks arse.
