Selectman Tyler Bouchard

I would like to announce to my incredible town of Kingston that I will not be seeking re-election for the Board of Selectmen on May 17, 2025. Although I feel very torn with the decision, I feel with my third daughter coming this spring, it is time to scale back. On paper it is a meeting every other week, but to represent well, the commitment is much more then bi-weekly meetings. I will not seek any position if I can't give it my all. I will elaborate more when it gets closer to May 17th (because we all know I can't keep my mouth shut lol.) Love you all and I will continue to keep my foot on the gas as we go into town meeting.

Happy Sunday everyone . Just a friendly reminder that tomorrow is opening day of shotgun season for deer in MA. It’s a great time of year for many people to enjoy the outdoors and have the chance to provide organic meat for their families. During this time all hunters are legally required to wear 500 square inches of blaze orange on their chest, back and head. Deer do not see color but humans do . It’s best for dog walkers , runners and hikers to do the same in the woods. Most hunters are ethical and responsible but it is good practice during this season to wear colorful clothing.
Shotgun season runs Dec 2 - Dec 14 .
