As of now, our Monday through Wednesday schedule will be from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm next week. During this time the athletes will practice, lift, and watch film.

Tomorrow is normal time in shells again. 7-11 just like all summer.

Friday will be our first day in full pads. We will practice from 6:00-7:30 that morning due to heat restrictions and teacher workday schedule. Make sure you have a plan to be here on time Friday.
