Stunning 996.2 carrera came in after the owner noticed oil residue in the coolant reservoir.

We diagnosed a failing oil cooler, the M96’s heat exchanger sits between the oil and coolant circuits. When it goes, oil migrates into the coolant side. Caught it before it became something worse.
While we had her apart we knocked out the following: AOS, engine mounts, side muffler deletes, oil filler neck, maintenance with Leichtlauf High Tech 5W-40, and a full transmission service.
Running cooler, running cleaner. Ready for more miles through the Texas Hill Country. 🤠
