Mrs. Wisser joins the Ira Cross family after serving as the Campus Instructional Coach at Peebles Elementary. She brings a wealth of experience in instructional leadership, coaching teachers, and supporting student success. Her passion for helping educators grow and creating positive learning experiences for students makes her a wonderful addition to our team.

Please join us in welcoming Ms. Lezah McArthur as the new Assistant Principal of Ira Cross Elementary for the 2026-2027 school year! 💙🐾

Ms. McArthur is no stranger to the Bulldog family, previously serving as a classroom teacher at Ira Cross before most recently teaching at Manor Middle School. We are excited to welcome her back home!

This year, our coaches and students took on the Kids Heart Challenge — and they crushed it! Together, they raised $2,450 for the American Heart Association while learning how to keep their heart, body, and brain healthy. Students who raised more than $50 got to take part in a special Color Blast Celebration, where they had a blast — literally — blasting their coaches with colored powder! We are so proud of every student who participated, Coach Castillo, and Coach Anderson. Big hearts make a big difference! 🎉❤️
