This class is beginner-friendly, no deep anatomy knowledge needed — Paul breaks it all down clearly and demonstrates each step hands-on. This is not an advanced class for shoulders that goes deep into Rotator Cuff. Instead, Im starting out with my basic "recipe" that works for every client to give relief in one session.

For serious shoulder dysfunctions, you'll want to take my advanced class coming up again soon.
