Sunset walk with the full moon rising. Nice to get moving in nature after a busy day. Running into a friend made it even better. Where is your favourite place to walk?
There was a moment I couldn’t ignore anymore.
Not because of the number on the scale…but because of how I felt in my own body.
Low energy.
Foggy thinking.
No motivation.
And I kept telling myself…“this must just be part of getting older.” But the truth? It didn’t feel right.
And once I started asking better questions about what was actually going on…everything began to shift.

I’ve never actually seen someone physically changing the gas price sign…
but here we are.
And also… here we are again with prices going up 🙃
Honestly, it’s one of the reasons I stopped relying on just one income stream.
Things are too unpredictable.
