Washed Up Key West
Key West has a way of washing things up.
Old island hardwoods, storm-fallen trees, and reclaimed pieces that would otherwise disappear.
For the last 10 years Ive turned those things into surfboards, tables, and art pieces that live in homes all over the country.
Every piece is handmade and different.
If you’ve ever thought about owning a Washed Up Key West original, I’m opening up a few commission spots.
Give us a call or stop by to go over ideas.

Well, she glows! 💫
🌌 Here are some night shots from one of our collectors featuring our latest custom bartop — and this one was quite the project.
Rick wanted that swim-deck, on-the-water vibe for his personal tiki hut, and of course, we had to make it glow after dark. 🔥
✨ Locally sourced Cuban Mahogany — grown, harvested, and milled right here on Stock Island.
🌊 Four shades of blue layered into twelve gallons of resin give it that deep-ocean depth.
🌀 We even added a matching sink behind the bar to tie it all together.
Another island original ⚡️

Thank you Wyland! He just sent us this photo of the beautiful Octopus he painted just for our event on September 13th at The Key West Theater. Washed Up Key West is going to custom frame this piece in local driftwood and we can’t wait to see who gets it in the Live auction!

🌿 **Unique Table Tops Available Now** 🌿
We've got summer deals going!
Spent today digging out some prime slabs and getting them flattened! These beauties are as special as they come, truly unique. Our wood isn’t commercially available, making each piece a rare tropical find.
Here’s what we have ready at the moment:
1. **Marbled Cat’s Claw:** Two-tone exotic look with unique patterns. Will need lots of resin to fill those voids. Beautiful! And My last pair!
2. **Golden Blonde Tabebuia:** Radiant and bright, perfect for a statement piece. style
3. **Dark Brown Wild Tamarind:** Rich and deep tones for a classic look. Highly figured.
4. **Golden brown Buttonwood, probably my favorite looking because of the way this tree grows. With all the cavities, once milled and encased in resin, it has a mangrove branch growing through water effect. More slabs not pictured.
All slabs are bookmatched, approximately 5.5 - 6 ft by 3 ft—ideal for a Key West-sized table or kitchen island. You can choose to glue the flat sides together for a live edge on the outside or flip them inward for a stunning resin river table. With a pedestal center style base, you can comfortably seat 6 chairs all around.
While we like to use the best materials for making these tables, we also aim to fit everyone's budget. We offer different options for table bases and resin quality. Some tables require a lot of resin to fill, but we also can use a filler technique to use less resin and keep costs down.
Don’t miss out on these one-of-a-kind pieces! DM us for more details and to secure your slab.
