The one reason that I hear the most from people who don’t, is that it’s SO stressful.
It absolutely can be. Stress can steal all of the joy that’s supposed to come with the holiday season.
But it doesn’t have to.
Give yourself a little extra time, grace and have a plan.
This is the plan that I use to prepare for Christmas to mitigate the stress.
You may notice that it only goes to November. That’s because I like to be DONE ✅ in time to relax and enjoy the entire month of December.
This month (July) is all about Lists, Lists and… MORE Lists.
To kickstart your holiday spirit and celebrate Christmas in July…. What is your favorite Christmas movie?

We talk about establishing a good support system when embarking on our health and fitness journey.
And while it is important to have people in your corner who are holding you accountable.
We often over look perhaps the most important piece of the support system…
What’s really supporting you through EVERY workout?
For the ladies it’s a good quality sports bra!
The more you have to “support” the more important it becomes to find the right one.
Because most of us aren’t trying to have a Janet a la Super Bowl # # halftime show moment in the gym.
Wearing the wrong sports bra can leave you feeling uncomfortable and self conscious. So instead of focusing on your workout your focused on adjusting/readjusting or even practicing poor form in order to prevent a wardrobe malfunction.
My favorite and a staple in my workout wardrobe is the Solstice Bra. It is the best of both worlds, it’s super cute/flattering and provides the best support while being super comfortable to wear.
The thick straps with a cross back design keep everything pulled up and back. The high side minimizes side b**b exposure. While the wide band at the bottom provides support.
It’s versatile and I know that it can handle any workout that’s on my plan, whether that’s yoga, HIIT or anything in between.

How did you sleep last night?
If you answered with anything other than fantastic then it may be time to make a change to your sleep habits.
A few healthy sleep habits to help you catch better Zzz’s 😴…
* Be consistent. Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends.
* Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature.
* Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smart phones, from the bedroom.
* Avoid large meals, caffeine, and alcohol before bedtime. If you do get hungry late or in the middle of the night opt for a meal replacement protein shake before bed.
* Get some exercise. Being physically active during the day can help you fall asleep more easily at night.
* Try not to use your bed for anything other than sleep and intimate activities.
* Having a hot bath 1-2 hours before bedtime can be useful, as it will raise your body temperature, causing you to feel sleepy as your body temperature drops again. Research shows that sleepiness is associated with a drop in body temperature.
* Exercise. Regular exercise is a good idea to help with good sleep, but try not to do strenuous exercise in the 4 hours before bedtime. Morning walks are a great way to start the day feeling refreshed!
* Magnesium supplements may improve sleep quality, sleep duration and benefit people with sleep disorders like insomnia and restless legs syndrome.
* Limit napping during the day and go to bed only when you’re tired.
** My Secret 🤫 to a great nights sleep is 3 capsules of Night-T 45 minutes before bed**
Night-T let’s me get more sleep and deeper sleep.
Without it I’m up every 1-2 hours 😴 which weighs heavy on my energy the next day.
⭐️ Bonus: No groggy/ hangover the next morning like other prescription and OTC sleep aids!
