🚨⭐️✨USCIS is excited to announce the opening of the Humanitarian, Adjustment, Removing Conditions, and Travel Documents (HART) Service Center the sixth service center within its Service Center Operations directorate, and the first to focus on humanitarian and other cases.

HART's workforce will improve the quality and efficiency of our humanitarian caseload processing. These applications & benefits affect vulnerable populations, and this center will make a positive impact in the quality and scale of our humanitarian processing abilities.

HART will process both digital and paper-based applications and petitions and will partner with existing service centers to support physical onsite necessities such as file exchange and administrative support.
The HART Service Center will initially focus on the following case types:
• Form I-601A, Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver;
• Bona Fide Determination (BFD) for Form I-918, Petition for U Nonimmigrant Status;
• Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition; and
• VAWA-based Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant.

USCIS se complace en anunciar la apertura del Centro de Servicio Humanitario, Ajuste, Eliminación de Condiciones y Documentos de Viaje (HART), el sexto centro de servicio dentro de su dirección de Operaciones del Centro de Servicio, y el primero en enfocarse en casos humanitarios y de otro tipo.

La fuerza laboral de HART mejorará la calidad y la eficiencia de nuestro procesamiento de casos humanitarios. Estas aplicaciones y beneficios afectan a las poblaciones vulnerables, y este centro tendrá un impacto positivo en la calidad y escala de nuestras capacidades de procesamiento humanitario.

HART procesará solicitudes y peticiones tanto digitales como en papel y se asociará con los centros de servicio existentes para respaldar las necesidades físicas en el sitio, como el intercambio de archivos y el apoyo administrativo.
El Centro de servicio HART se centrará inicialmente en los siguientes tipos de casos:
• Formulario I-601A, Solicitud de Exención Provisional por Presencia Ilegal;
• Determinación de Buena Fe (BFD) para el Formulario I-918, Petición de Estatus de No Inmigrante U;
• Formulario I-730, Petición de Familiar de Refugiado/Asilado; y
• Formulario I-360 basado en VAWA, Petición para amerasiático, viudo(a) o inmigrante especial.
