Could barely stand up last night due to pain. Came to the field of dreams anyway and limped onto the field and began slowly walking through and out of the pain. Lesson learned once again. When you feel pain decide if you are sore or injured and if you are not injured and just sore fight through it. Feeling better now. Short Term Goal: back to running the field within 5 days. Long Term Goal: Loose 80 lbs.
