Many of you have been asking. Yes, I am still teaching Freediving courses💙 And listening to my body every step of the way. The class is slightly different nowadays. I am fortunate to have another instructor who joins in to assist and share the dive load with me. We take turns diving with the students because my recovery time has increased.

I’ll post more about this topic. I have had so many questions regarding “Freediving during Pregnancy” but for now, I’ll just say that the wetsuit struggle has been real. 😂

Dry land training is critical. There are benefits from both for little sq**rt when done carefully and correctly.

My doctors have been fully supportive of me continuing but this is not the case for everyone. So please consult with your doctor if you’re thinking about Freediving during pregnancy. Like any intense physical activity, Do not try to start doing this while pregnant if you’ve never done it before.
