Lucky Fish Scuba
04/17/2023
All good things come to an end: we're here today to share that Lucky Fish Scuba is no longer booking private charters in Key Largo!
We started this business from scratch to give divers, snorkelers and other water-loving visitors to the Florida Keys memories that last a lifetime with one-of-a-kind private boat charters.
For almost five years it's been an amazing win-win adventure for customers and ourselves. In fact the first 3 months of 2023 have been among our best months in the history of the business with little bit of everything : diving, snorkeling, sandbar, ecotours, sunsets and even an advanced open water course.
Nonetheless, It’s time to say good-bye! This spring we're running a very small number of trips for existing customers, while working on other projects and decide what's next.
With that said, our business (boat and brand included) is up for sale to the right buyer. If you know of anyone interested in living the dream of a charter boat owner in the Florida Keys, please have them get in touch!

We tried something new last week: Instead of meeting at 8:30am for a half-day dive charter, we greeted our customers bright and early at 7:15!
This nice family of 4 was in town from Bradenton, Florida and originally booked to dive with us the day before.
Unfortunately conditions were rough so we suggested postponing to the following morning.
They were game -- but only if they could get on the road for the drive home before noon.
As a private charter running only one trip per day on a flexible schedule, we didn't hesitate : Challenge accepted!
Captain Glenn opened the engines all the way up for a super-quick ride out to the reef at Key Largo Dry Rocks where we kicked things off with this gorgeous sunrise splashdown.
Our Lucky Fish guests got two terrific dives and were back into the marina by 11:15!
What do you think? Would you be willing to get up this early if it was your last possible chance to dive in the Keys?

Wow it's 2023! Happy New Year from Key Largo to everyone following us here on social media!
We're Captain Glenn and Jill, and together with support from our awesome crew, we run Lucky Fish Scuba in Key Largo.
Here are a couple of quick things to know about our family-sized private charter in the Florida Keys:
1. We offer more than just amazing scuba diving trips! Private snorkeling, eco tours, and sunset charters are also available to explore the magical marine environments of the Florida Keys.
2. We think small is beautiful. Our comfy 29' boat is custom-equipped for 4 divers with room for 2 more non-diving passengers. Or a total of 6 snorkeling, day-cruising, or sunset-loving guests at a time.
3. We only run private charters -- that means one group at a time on the boat -- and only book one trip per day. We leave when you're ready and won't rush you back.
4. Each and every trip is as special to us as it is to you. We don’t offer cookie-cutter reservations online. But contact us through our website or with a DM and we'll create a custom private tour just for you!
We've been getting on boats together for 15 years, and this is our favorite way to do it: with good friends and all the time in the world, making memories that last forever!!
So that's us! If we haven't met yet, introduce yourself in the comments.
…And if we have met, you know the drill -- you can still say 'heeeyy!'
