The Biscayne Nature Center invites you to join our fin-tastic celebration to raise awareness for clean, beautiful oceans! The Mermaid Parade will be the grand finale of our day-long "EarthStravaganza!" festival in honor of Earth Day (9 am- 4 pm).

If you wish to simply view the parade, join us at the BNC Festival Eco-Village and then assemble along the beach promenade. Free admission and free parking in the lot near the BNC.

If you wish to march in the parade, we encourage you to create a handmade costume that expresses your personal vision for healthy oceans. Let your imagination go wild and strut your stuff, but please be advised that motorized vehicles are not allowed on the parade route along Crandon Beach.

$5 entry fee to march in parade. See payment link in confirmation message. Scholarships are available for low-income residents. Send email to [email protected] for details.
