To the most wonderful clients ever: My last day at Resilient Kinetics will be June 30th. My partner, kids and I are moving to Hong Kong! You have all made this practice a great source of joy for me, and I could not be more thankful. I am passing the space on to another massage therapist that will make it her own wonderful healing practice, and I cannot wait to introduce her.

Moonrise Healing Arts is now Moonrise Kinetics! I am also excited to announce that I have completed my Master's of Science in Kinesiology. I have learned so much over the course of this program, and the first offering I am pleased to introduce is corrective exercise.

Corrective exercise sessions will include movement assessments to reveal your body's preferences and patterns, release techniques to create the opportunity needed to restore balance, and integrated activation techniques to build strength for healthier movement habits. The last few appointments available in June are on Saturday the 11th and Monday the 13th. From June 20th to July 12th, I will be in Hong Kong for my brother's wedding and may not have access to texts and calls.
