Leadership training session number 11. Today's focus was on the power of influence the leader has and how they should use it to mentor future leaders. After working with these folks from the NCR Country Club I have no doubt these leaders get the message. They truly are leaders who care about the service they provide and the growth of their employees. Great training day today.

Met with Jesse Cambell today. Jesse is from ZCI General Contracting out of Cedarville, Ohio. I have been Jesse's leadership coach for over two months now.
