BodyBar is back! Join the team from Bodybar Pilates - Centerville for an all-levels 40-minute mat pilates class at Eudora this weekend, June 20 at 11am.

This class is designed for fitness levels and ages to come experience the strength, balance, and mindfulness of Pilates, whether for the first time or as a part of your regular Pilates routine! All you need is a yoga/exercise mat, water, and yourself!
