We tried a kid for a couple days see what he was worth, very simple job dig a hole find a conduit that he could already see sticking out in a larger hole. The other hole is only 2 ft back from that hole. We came back to a mess. The yard was all tore up he was trying to find some other conduit that was not involved and had opened up the intercom and another box for whatever reason. I come back he's higher than a kite and I found the conduit in less than 30 minutes. Client told me later that he spent 3 hours in the car. He was paid just above state minimum for his time.
