Initially, Tashime Felder did not qualify to join the Army due to weight restrictions. A little over a year and 110 pounds later, Felder will head to Basic Combat Training soon to begin his Army career.

“It took a lot of hard work. And if I can do that, I feel I can do almost everything,” Felder said.
