Forest Field Park in πŸ“Centerville is one of my favorite spots to take the kids when I need them to actually decompress. Wide open fields, a great accessible playground (and sensory play area!), and the bonus it connects to Bill Yeck Park walking trails 🌳

For military families PCS'ing to Wright-Patterson AFB who are thinking long-term β€” Centerville is a great option.

Less starter homes, more established homes. These are the homes people buy when they decide Dayton is where they're staying β€” military or not.

It's the most underpriced neighborhood near WPAFB for what you get β€” and it's literally right next to base.

πŸ“ 1,400–2,200 sq ft β€” bigger lots than you'd expect
πŸ’° $180k–$280k β€” the best value near WPAFB
⏱ 5–10 min commute to Wright-Patterson β€” the shortest in the area
