Even if you don't follow any of the instructions of the class, simply sitting on your mat to get quiet for a moment can be profound.

I had the chance to sit down with Mollie and her husband, Sean, this morning. Ummm..... amazing humans doing amazing work in the world. I'm beyond grateful they've stopped to visit Ketchikan and to host Mollie at the studio for her Power of Breath workshop tomorrow.
