Update Wednesday PM- there will be a credit issued to all internet accounts on the next bill.
2:28 AM update-crews completed repairs in BC and service is restored.
4pm Tuesday 10/18-Internet Outage/fiber cut with our partner in Canada. All capacity is being routed through our smaller alternate route. We will update as we know more. Update 4:50 pm- the cut is past Burns Lake in BC. City West is investigating. We will update when we get a time frame. The cut took out cell service in the area of the cut, so they have to drive to get cell service to report.

9:00 pm update- repairs are in progress in BC, latest expected time for completion is mid to late Wednesday morning but we have staff locally that will be monitoring all night. We will try to update as we hear.

We will be closed Friday the 31st for new years Eve and will open back up again the 3rd of January, Happy new year everyone!

We will be closed Thursday and Friday November 28th and 29th for Thanksgiving! Have a good weekend everyone!
