PORTE O’ CALL is now hiring summer workers. Full-time & Par-time Cooks & Servers.

JOB BRIEF - Looking for a reliable, honest, professional skilled line cook to prepare food to the exact specifications and to set up menus particularly Asian Cuisine. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customers satisfaction and acquisition goals. Have a year of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
RESPONSIBILITIES- *Comply with sanitations’ regulation and safety standards. *Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, equipments and procedures. *Accuracy and speed in executing multiple tasks. *Perform a safe and clean working invironment. *Monitor kitchen inventory to avoid food waste, experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques, must be able to lift up 50lbs., is important. *Maintain a positive and professional approach with co workers and customers.

PAY/COMPENSATION - Workers will be paid an hourly wage. The hourly wage offered for cooks is $30.00 per hour. No overtime required. For servers with experienced is $18.00 per hour. The days and hours are variable according to the cruiseship schedule. Workers will be paid semi monthly and the employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law.
