Join our team at NW Behavioral Guides! We work in schools from K-12 in Federal Way, Des Moines, Renton and Kent. We work primarily with youth with special needs or mental health concerns.

We have exciting new positions available. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with youth in school settings. Help make a difference in a child's life.

We are looking for individuals to fill several positions.

Behavior Technician

Minimum Qualifications (due 90 days after hire):

-Fully Vaccinated
-Background Check
-Crisis Management Training (Right Response, CPI)
-Tuberculosis (TB) Screening
-First Aid/CPR
-Knowledge in youth with disabilities
-AA or currently in school

Preferred qualifications:
-Experience in working with youth with disabilities
-BA level education with a background in psychology, social work, education etc.
