Flashback to a few months ago ... this past July when I had my baby. Hustling from the hospital, I had amazing showing agents working with my clients, keeping my business going. (Grateful!!!)
Right as we arrived at home with our baby, my amazing client called to tell me “this is MY house!” Within the hour I had written the offer, submitted it and started a rapport with the listing agent. With multiple offers on the table, and knowing our offer was not likely the highest dollar amount, the pressure was on! (There are so many opportunities to make an offer a favorable one, without being the highest and best price)
I’m so pleased for my client who closed on his dream house less than 30 days later. His American dream. His story is so very special... not mine to tell... but the storyline is one of a hardworking immigrant with a fire in his belly and determination to make his and his family’s dreams come true. They are amazing. Truly wonderful people and I am proud to have had the opportunity to serve them.
