Now is the time for rule changes. Conference is one of the only organization that allows the members to submit rule changes and govern themselves when they race. If you wish to submit a rule change go to the Conference website and under Reference scroll down to rules and there are 2 forms to use one in PDF and the other to print off and write in your rule change. Please consult the Conference rule book Section 1A for the process of submission of rule changes. We are a little behind the schedule as called out in the rule book and do not want our rule changes to be deleted as happened last year due to late submission.
