We may be a little late posting these, but we still wanted to share these awesome photos of Katie from last fall. We started the session at the Solstice Steps at Lakewood Park in Lakewood, Ohio. Being right on Lake Erie, it was incredibly windy. But we were still able to get some amazing portraits throughout the park. The massive Solstice Steps and the Cleveland, Ohio, skyline made for great backdrops.

From there, we headed to Independence, Ohio, to Hemlock Creek Trail. The fall colors were beautiful as we went down the trail to the local landmark bridge. The textures and leading lines from the bridge are a blast to utilize.

Piano has been a big part of Gabrielle’s life. So, as a part of her specialized shoot, we took some time to make a few photos showcasing this talent.

After her ballet photos were done, we headed back to her house to shoot with her home piano. To add to the photos, we grabbed our Atmosphere Aerosol spray for the smoky texture (which always has fun with).

Our last stop for Gabrielle’s ballet shoot was Hemlock Creek Trail in Independence. They wanted to shoot on this bridge as it’s a popular location in her hometown. The long bridge allowed for lots of depth and the railings created awesome leading lines to Gabrielle.
