Female Student Leader of the Year
Advisor of the Year
Diversity Program of the Year
Outstanding Program or Activity by an Individual
Outstanding Community Service by an Individual
Outstanding Program or Activity by a Student Organization
Outstanding Community Service by a Student Organization
Small Student Organization of the Year
Large Student Organization of the Year

Please email Thomas Dickens at [email protected] to receive a nomination form. Nominations can be completed by anyone in the Carthage community, and individuals/organizations are allowed to nominate themselves.

Completed nomination forms are due in the Office of Student Life or by email to [email protected] by Friday, April 18.

Winners will be announced, and all nominees recognized, during the SEAL Awards Ceremony, 7 p.m. Friday, May 2, during Spring Family Weekend. The Awards Ceremony will be held in the TARC.
