Cheryl Lynn Cibrario - Proko Funeral Home Cheryl L. Cibrario, 78, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 5, 2026.Born on April 13, 1948, in Kenosha, Cheryl was the daughter of Eugene and Josephine (Burlingham) Fox. She grew up in Kenosha and was a member of the first graduating class of Tremper High School. Following graduation, she enrolle
