We're a family-owned landscaping company that's been serving the Tri-Cities since 2015, and we're growing. We need a bilingual (English/Spanish) field leader to help run our crews across all service lines — lawn care, irrigation, hardscape, and more.

This isn't a grunt position. You'll be leading people, checking job quality, and working directly under our Field Supervisor. We're building something here and want someone who wants to grow with us.

✅ Pay depending on experience
✅ Bilingual English/Spanish required
✅ Valid WA driver's license required
✅ 3+ years landscaping or trades experience preferred
✅ Full-time, year-round (including now season)
