Camp Trios, a three-day summer camp program for children diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, is scheduled July 21-23, 2026, at the Southridge Sports Complex.

Registration is open for children aged 6-14 and mentors aged 15-18. The goal of the three-day camp, the first of its kind in the Tri-Cities, is to teach the children about their diagnosis and provide them with tools for managing it in a way that does not limit their daily lives. Taught by Trios Birth Center licensed providers, Trios' Childbirth Preparation Class covers labor, pain management options, medical care/procedures, cesarean birth, birth stories, newborn care, and postpartum care.
