6 TIPS on ACING the FIST WEEK - DETOX week

Detoxing is not something to fear; it’s something to be excited about. It is a jump-start to your program!
Lose weight and INCHES within the first week by following the plan. Seven days of eating vegetables, lean protein, fruit and healthy fats during your detox week is totally doable.
6 tips to help you ace your detox week:
Get rid or, give away, eliminate the "JUNK FOOD" in the house - less temptation the better.
Get in a GROCERY trip before you begin. Plan ahead with a list of the POWER FOODS and DETOX friendly food list! Map out your meals and snacks so you have everything you’ll need. Remember: People don’t plan to fail, they fail to plan! (LISTS in the booklet you receive as well as on our Website)
If you get hungry, eat more veggies. The more the merrier! There is no portion limit on veggies. And you can eat them every two to three hours.
Drink plenty of water. 80–100 oz a day, or 4 shaker bottles. Proper hydration is required to help flush out the toxins built up inside of you. You may find you withdraw from caffeine, sugar or processed foods in your first few days; drinking some extra water can help you manage a bit better.
Sleep as much as possible. Sometimes the body just needs extra sleep to function optimally! Take a nap, a hot bath, go to bed early.
No strenuous exercise. This is the only week you’ll hear us saying that, so take advantage of it! Strenuous activity like exercise actually has your cells working overtime to recover when we want them to just focus on detoxing. So, hey — this is a perfect week to schedule that massage you’ve been wanting to get to help you relax!
