Great question, and the answer is usually both, just for different things. Here's how it breaks down 👇

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 handles sudden, storm-related damage — think hail dents, wind-lifted shingles, or a fallen limb after a Georgia thunderstorm. This is the path for most storm claims, and it's where documentation matters most.
